Winter in one of the emergency shelters for refugees in North-Holland, The Netherlands. Two hundred refugees from different countries, of different ages and with different cultural backgrounds, are living together in a temporary accommodation on the outskirts of the village. They are awaiting the granting of an asylum status and have limited options in terms of housing and facilities.
