The countryside Wervershoof (The Netherlands) has changed dramatically in recent decades. Greenhouses appeared in the middle of the open countryside. What was once marshland, later a water-rich polder managed by cooperating locals governments, and then parceled land, was filled with agro-industrial buildings in the 21st century.
